Strong Growth in Funding Volume
September 2026 proved to be a dynamic month for Income Marketplace. Investors funded new loans totaling €11.9 million. This represents a significant increase of 42.7% compared to the previous month of August, when €8.34 million was funded. The average interest rate for new loans in September was 13.46%, slightly above the 13.37% in August. In total, investors earned interest amounting to €307,752 in September.
Income Marketplace’s outstanding portfolio also grew solidly by 8.0% to now €32.4 million during the reporting period. This reflects the continuous demand for financing through the platform. The total sum of loans ever funded reached approximately €271 million by the end of September 2026.
Investor Base and Portfolio Development
Although funding volume increased significantly, Income Marketplace saw a slight decrease in the number of new investors. In September, 136 new investors joined the platform, a decrease of 6.8% compared to the 146 new additions in August. The total investor community now numbers 11,537 members. The average investor portfolio size increased by 7.8% to €5,884.
The average return since the platform’s inception remained stable at 13.05%. Total earnings for investors since the platform’s founding amounted to over €8.37 million at the end of September.
New Pilot Project with Private Loan Originator
A significant strategic innovation in September was the launch of a pilot project with a fully private loan originator. Income Marketplace now collaborates with a total of 14 loan originators, including private originators. This expansion of the loan originator network aims to increase the diversification of loans offered and create new investment opportunities.
The five largest loan originators by share of the outstanding portfolio at the end of the month were:
| Loan Originator | Share of Portfolio | Invested in September | Average Interest Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| ITF Group JSC | 19.31% | €2,115,206 | 12.04% |

| Top 5 Combined | 68.92% | €9,493,411 | – |
The distribution of the €11.9 million funded volume in September among loan originators shows that Pinjam Yuk received the largest share with €5.49 million (46.1%), followed by ITF Group JSC with €2.12 million (17.8%).
Secondary Market Still Delayed
Investors hoping for the introduction of a secondary market on Income Marketplace will have to wait longer. The announced launch, originally scheduled for September, has been postponed again. Income Marketplace states that it cannot yet provide a concrete new launch date and will only provide an update once one is set. This means that the liquidity of investments continues to rely exclusively on loan repayments by borrowers.
In the past, the delay in launching the secondary market has caused discontent among some investors who had hoped for a more flexible way to sell their claims early. However, the platform emphasizes that this does not change how the platform functions for investors.
Financial Reports and Outlook
Income Marketplace also published the financial reports of some of its loan originators in September. These include the audited annual results for 2025 from DanaKredi and Current Auto LT, followed by the audited results for 2025 and a half-year update for 2026 from Current LT. Additionally, the audited financial data for DanaBijak for 2025 and for Autofino (UAB Greiti autosprendimai) for 2025 were published. These reports offer investors deeper insight into the financial health and performance of individual loan originators.
For October, Income Marketplace plans to sign a framework agreement with an established loan originator to secure the partnership long-term. Another focus is on encouraging registered but not yet active investors to make their first deposit. The platform aims to balance the demand from loan originators with the inflow of new investor funds, which CEO Lavrenti Tsudakov states is the biggest daily challenge.
The development of the outstanding portfolio to approximately €32 million, which is about three times the value from October 2023, underscores Income Marketplace’s continued growth. The strategic focus on a broader range of loan originators, including private originators, and efforts to expand the investor base, indicate ongoing platform development. However, the delay of the secondary market remains an important point for investors who value short-term liquidity.
